Often you hear yourself saying “I do not know how I got here or how to figure things out”. You are overwhelmed with life. Paralyzed by fear of not knowing how to help yourself or fear of doing the wrong thing and making things worse. Feelings of hopelessness surround you everyday which leads you to isolating yourself due to not wanting to bring others down which just increases your feelings of loneliness and inadequacy.
You dream of having a safe space to share your deepest fears and get down to your truest self. You want a sense of direction towards purpose and motivation, tangible ways to manage your emotions, and the confidence that you will be able to take care of yourself and those around you.

Together we can create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My role is to listen attentively, ask insightful questions, and help you gain clarity and understanding of what's going on in your life. I may also challenge perspectives and shine light on how you may be getting in your own way but it is always in a gentle manner. Together, we’ll work to identify goals, develop strategies, and build tools that can help you navigate challenges, manage stress, and improve your emotional well-being. The pace is guided by you, and the focus is always on what’s most important for your growth and healing.

High expectations set us up for failure due to the unrealistic goals we set for ourselves. If you set the goal to live intentionally vs. only focusing on expectations, you give yourself the room to succeed without the pressure of failure. The pressure of failure and high expectations is what often leads us to failing, not our own ability or the effort we put in.
