I know how it feels to be completely out of control with your eating. Obsessing over the food you are not “allowed” to have.  Sitting on the couch fighting with yourself to not get up and go to the store or to not go to that restaurant. And then lacking the power to shut your brain up and going to the store or restaurant anyways. Just to then sit on the couch and eat all the food you just told yourself not to. To then completely hating yourself for what you have done. Hating your self control, you will power, and your body. Convincing yourself that there is something wrong with you and then spiraling down the shame tunnel. 

Life does not have to be like that any more. With Intuitive eating counseling, you will no longer live this way. Together we will work towards making peace with food.
